Data that we collect  

When ordering or enquiring from us we will request for your name, address for billing and delivery. Contact information (email/phone) and details about your motorcycle to aid in the current order and any future orders following. We will also require information to allow payment to be taken.

Why is this data collected?

The information above is required to complete an order and for successful delivery. Phone numbers/email and addresses are passed onto the parcel courier we use as they provide you with tracking and delivery updates.

We do not produce any circular emails or circulars by mail of any sort. If you do receive any circular type messages from somebody pertaining to be James Sherlock LTD please do let us know.

What do we do with your information?

Customer information is stored within our order processing system. Payment details are received and processed. We do not store card details.

Names, Addresses, phone numbers and emails are stored for 6 years from time of the most recent purchase.

Your Rights

You can request us to provide you with the information we hold about you and request it to be provided to yourself to be corrected or deleted.
